@Silent
I'm up for anything that fits that category. Quite frankly, you seem to know my taste quite well so I'm open to anything that you want to suggest.

Oh, brilliant mate. I always find good stuff in your lists so this should be good.

this isnt even the best p.o.s. and p.o.s. isnt even all that great in general anyways, doomtree is better
this is way better than Doomtree's last album, and P.O.S is definitely the best member of the group... I agree the Doomtree s/t rules but I would still take Audition and Never Better over it. full disclosure i am a proud P.O.S fanboy

meh at this point I'll agree with that, with the notable exception of P.O.S. Sims does have a couple
great records, but it's not necessarily due directly to his rapping or anything
don't see how you could prefer No Kings to this, but I only gave that album a few spins. everything
seemed kind of samey and almost... like, Linkin Park-ish. or something. idk

Worst thing he's ever done IMO, still a pretty good album.

Thanks guys. I definitely like this album, but there are quite a few flaws it possesses.
However, it seems P.O.S. has collaboration syndrome. The tracks where he goes it alone just don't compare.
|
| |
Yeah, this album was a letdown. Tbh I'd take neither this nor Doomtree's latest.
|

I haven't heard much by Doomtree collectively. Any albums you like by them, guys?

idk the more I listen to this the more I like it
the production is awesome, and the lyrics are deceptively clever
|
| |
I might have to relisten but the beats and his flow really put me off when I listened to the stream a couple of times.

Get the s/t and False Hopes. I think their s/t is best.

specifically False Hopes 12 and 15... but yea s/t are their best

Thanks guys, I'll check it out. And P.O.S.'s flow for this one seems pretty solid. I honestly don't know too much about what constitutes good flow in the first place, though, so...
|

There's different variations of 'good flow' (technically) - the point is simply that I don't like his flow on this too much (especially in relation to what he CAN do).
As I said I might need to relisten but I seem to remember Audition and Never Better to have more 'fire' and a more 'progressive flow' in general. But it's never flow alone, I mean Billy Woods doesn't have the most interesting flow but his wordplay and beats make up for it. Busdriver has pulled some odd beats/collabs but his flow and wordplay kill it.
It's very circumstantial, as I have mentioned I also don't like the majority of beats on this.

And Wolfhorde, I also meant to thank you for that clarification. That does make sense now.
