I will definitely agree that Commentators and The Golden State are on the boring-ass side.



Edit: Actually, I take that back; Take Care is way less interesting than Commentators.

I've been listening to him from the start of this band, and each time he makes a new album, I feel

like it's worse than the last one, maybe out of that feeling that it gets different as hes

progressing, but I end up loving them all the same.



It might be my expectation of what I 'want' C&C to sound like and what is actually being done as it

goes along.



I was really accustomed to him just with his guitar in Sometimes... and when BMYL came out I was

skeptical of putting drums and more layers in. Then when Little Hell came out, I was super skeptical

on him going deeper into the percussion and the 'Full Band' sound.



It doesnt really seem to have moved much farther since then from what I've heard, so I feel its

going to be easier to get into this one than the last ones.
