It is kind of complex. There's a lot of movement and energy and it's really kind of dizzying for those not familiar with the more experimental side of jazz. Like I have friends who love BTBAM and prog/tech metal as a whole but really couldnt stomach this album or the first one.

This is another solid record; however, I still think Separate Realities is a more enjoyable listen (they are similar but the new one leaves a little less room to breathe). Either way, get out and see them live if you have not done so before.

Finally a full review of this. I personally loved this album. It was complex and pretty dense, yeah, but I thought the density made it shine.

I loved the first album but this just isn't my thing. I've never really understood Jazz. Crazy talent of these dudes though.

From the Earth to the Moon is fucking amazing. Not sure how I feel about the rest of the album, as usual for me when albums first come out.

I had listened to it 3 times over then and I still wasn't sure how I felt. Better to say it then have someone ask you "what did you not like about it?" when you can't answer that question.
