Have to admit this one is a bit hard for me to get to

It's like it's not off putting and it totally seems like something I'd dig but it also feels long and barren , which seems like the point , but it just goes over my head mostly. I think i'm going to wait to listen to this late at night , seems like that kind of album. Keep trying to hear it in the middle of the day.

Ha, no I get it - this is a pretty strange album, not really the best starting point for Molina who himself is very much a cult artist.

This might grab you at a different time, played outside or like you said at night, zero distractions - you might like it then?

I did play it at night. I think it's that...ya know it's a very atmospheric record so i'll be sure to listen to it at night primarily or in a different setting, and also that it's most likely a grower, ya know?

There's some albums that I probably should just like immediately(ex : Remain in Light) and then there's albums that I can tell are just growers for me.

The first three tracks, especially the third one, No Limits On The Words, were really spectacular. No Limits could definitely rise to a GOAT status for me. And also at least for me, a 3.0 placeholder is not to shabby. It's particularly a high 3.0.

I really loved this on second listen but it went from a high 3.0 to a light 4.0.

I was expecting a 4.5 but again I think it loses some steam after Not Just A Ghost's Heart : /

This is the kind of album that's definitely a grower but i'm not ashamed of that either. It just is, at least to me though.

I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up being my favorite.
