Wonderful album and great review (though I personally really enjoy Flight despite its lacking momentum).

Instrumental post-rock is my go-to at bed time; not because I think it is boring, but because it isn't distractive. I used to listen to All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone before bed every night for at least a year. I do still need to listen to this in the daytime, but it takes a certain mood for me to genuinely appreciate this style.
