I haven't jammed it thoroughly enough since it's release, but it seems on par with the last one. Sure they have stayed on a pretty similar path for all their Balou produced records, but still these guys deliver the bludgeoning through thick n sick riffage

The clip of this band winning the grammy was pretty funny. The band was sitting so far back they had to hobble forever just to get to the stage.

They are 2 bands with each their distinct sound. Some will like this more, some will like Sleep more. IMO both rule but I like HOF a tad more

I've never ever actually heard Sleep, but then I find ultra-slow stuff hard to get into. Post-metal slow is about as snail-paced as I usually go. I do intend on checking more doom/stoner stuff out at some point, so it's firmly on my radar for when I eventually get around to such things.
