Party is the most singalongable cut here for me which is always an essential measure of a good Carly song

Julien, Automatically, Real Love are the only ones that can even compete in the same arena as the best of EMOTION for me. Party For One and Too Much at a pinch are great singles and there's other solid stuff like Want You in My Room but man... yeah like a solid third of this is just forgettable

really good review, although how can you mention the album's final third being lacking (a valid criticism) without mentioning how "real love" redeems it - it's one of carly's top 5 songs for sure
