Also cb, maybe it is. What leads you to that. It's the day they started as a band but did PTW do the same thing?
Yeah, the first track on The Opposite Of December is called "12/23/93." I always wondered how the date was significant, maybe it's the day they formed also.

Is it just me or is "A Daydream Disaster" a lot better than "dance.pretend.forget.defend"?
edit: Oh, I just realized "A Daydream Disaster" is a collection of oldies and sh!t. That's cool. They were really great on their early releases. This Message Edited On 08.04.06

Their lyrics have gotten marginally better over time, which isn't saying much. I can't imagine how bad that old album is.

Don't believe me then, but "A Daydream Disaster" is much better than "dance.pretend.forget.defend" - although I'm not including lyrics in that statement, as I've never read any and fück if I can make out what he's screaming 90% of the time.

Oh I've always listened to this band for the music, but I'm just marvelling at how bad those early lyrics could be.

You make me want to read them out of curiosity, but then again, curiosity killed the cat.
In this case, the cat is a band. Or, like, my opinion of a band. You get my drift.

Word. Just do one song with a sappy title and then you'll get the drift.
