Baldr's got that post-rock section at the beginning, but because of all the news clips it's kinda
meh. Then the tremolos come in and are drowned out by the drums and vox. BUT THEN YEAH BLUEGRASS!
Aptrgangr's beginning is even better, but the heavy section is incredibly repetitive and is weighted
down by annoying leads that just whine on and on, post-rock influence be damned.
Merkstave is ok, but the guitars still aren't loud enough compared to the drums. The last two
minutes
contain a middle eastern-inspired riff that just sounds weird. Hmm.
Idavoll is great.
