I'm gonna be seeing these guys at Sounds of The Underground when I'm in NJ. I've liked what I've heard from them but have never gotten around to actually buying an album. None the lesss I'm pretty psyched.

Their first cd, Put On Your Rosy Red Glasses is more grindy then this. Their stuff after that cd is much more mathy.
|
| |
Ugh. Less math, more grind!

How about they are a combination of a few genres and settle this discussion. There are no clear songs that point to one specific genre.

These guys are amazing musicians and put on a ridiculous live show. I have this record but haven't really listened it it yet... NSN and POYRRG were excellent though.

I've listened through this a couple of times. It struck a chord with me; it is definitely more mature than previous work. The technicality combined with ferocity as well as melody is a pretty cumtastic combination. For now, I'll be giving this beast a 4 but that might change.

This looks interesting. Should I get this?

If you like mathy music then yes.
But if you haven't heard the band before you're probably better off purchasing/downloading Put On Your Rosy Red Glasses. Or even Nuclear.Sad.Nuclear. Either is good.
