The bassline on Better Things is really sweet.
I think I might like this more than Blue Lines, is that bad?

I just feel that the organic and synthetic elements are balanced much better on here, plus I like the chiller vibe this album gives off. I have respect for 'Blue Lines' for being one of the first Trip Hop albums, but subjectivity pulls me toward this one.

Definitely a really chilled-out album.
The two albums are musically, completely different. Blue Lines has better songs though.

The one major insult I could throw at this record is that the cover of Light My Fire could've been done without.

Yep, it's unnecessary
Heat Miser is pretty chilling as it is

Actually like this a lot more than Blue Lines but I never count Light My Fire so maybe that's why
