Well, I won't comment on the Leona Lewis cover until I actually hear it... But I can do without Take That thank you very much.

Thankfully, Muse do indeed rule. Their concert (in a smaller setting... not an arena) is still the best I have ever been to!

The cover is...ok, just the same as the original but slowly and slightly more dramatic. But I don#t really like it so I'm not expert on it. I actually like Take That's singles since they got back together.

I've never seen Muse live, but my friend has and said pretty much the same as you have.

Well, put it this way, I like Take That a little more than previously since f**kface is no longer with them. That guy just rubs me the wrong way.

Oooh Kane, Radiohead is not going to be happy to hear that penultimate comment of yours!!!

Yes PhantomLimb, he is indeed F**kface.

Wow... You 2 surprise me with your comments on Radiohead. I mean, I'm not huge on them either, and definitely don't think that 'OK Computer' is the greatest thing since sliced bread like many do, but "awful"? Nah.

Davey: Oh well, you say distinctly average all the way through whereas I say good in parts but crap in others, at the end of the day, it means the same rating, and I think we both agree that the album is nowhere near as good as employment.

Has anybody heard the Paramore cover of Love's Not a Competition?

yeah, cover is no better than the original IMO, possibly worse as her voice doesn't suit the song.

I still have to work on Friday, so Saturday rules as far as I'm concerned!

This is definitely not as good as 'Employment' Ross. As for that Radiohead hate, it even surprised me.

I haven't heard that Paramore cover. Hell, I can't even imagine them covering that song... It would be the last song from the Kaiser Chiefs that I would have picked for Hayley & Co.

Mhmm they did it on live longue, its not very good, but you can find it on youtube etc if your interested.

Do you know what Kaiser Cheifs new albums like, I haven't heard it yet (I presume it's your next review but I'm feeling impatient and want a sneak preview)

I umm...third(?) the statement that radiohead is really...not good...

And if that is the song I'm thinking of, there is no band that could cover that song and make it enjoyableThis Message Edited On 12.10.08
