It's the old singer of Cilice though, right? I'm not sure if that means it's the guy who sung on this album or someone I've never heard before.

It's most definitely Daniel de Jongh the guy who sang on this album.

Hmmm, that may not be a good thing...Musically, Textures is pretty tame compared to Cilice so his ecstatic style of vocals may not suit Textures very well. Just a theory though, I may be wrong.
