the comment about the album art made me laugh so hard

ONE OF THE TOP TEN ALBUMS OF THE 2000's.
and now that Despised Icon has disbanded, Day Of Mourning will be the most circulated cd and i have no doubt that this will be just as potent of an album in a decade as it currently is today.

Hmmm... the fact of scraping the pig squeals may incline me to take a listen of this one.

everything but mvp leaves something to be desired, or maybe mvp makes it that way

I love how that Guy said the drummer doesn't play fast enough Hahaha. A triple bass pedal.... what a fucking cheater.

I've enjoyed all of their previous albums to some extent or another, but for some reason I just can not stand this album. It could possibly be because I was unfortunate enough to see the dreadful video for MVP. That thing was pure trash and it probably colored the way I viewed the rest of the album, but who cares, DeathCore is a bankrupt sub-genre anyways (for the most part). Way to go out with a whimper guys.

It is too bad they disbanded! This is their Holy Grail of all of their albums. I had a chance to see them at Summer Slaughter awhile back and they were great live! Love this album!

the breakdown in mvp pumps me up also, even if the bassline is the same note hit over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over

Well, my adventure with deathcore was brief, but intense. First I thought it was a worthless, shitty genre. Then for like two months I thought it's actually listenable at times, but now I once again think it's a worthless, shitty genre. And thank heavens.

Damn. Made of Glass and Black Lungs are awesome. This album is fucking good. Probably the best deathcore I've heard. Comparing this to The Acacia Strain that I just listened to a while ago this feels like comparing Necrophagist to Job For A Cowboy.
