Has there been any progression from the ep? The ep was pretty much generic breakdowns with generic melodic sections to me.

I'd like to say a resounding "yes", but honestly not really. Wormholes and Intake are redone quite well, and "Edge of the Earth" is the strongest new track on the album. "Limitless" is also good. But to be honest, if you didn't like Concept, you won't like this album.

Ight..I tried to like the ep but no matter how djenty or polyrhythmic a breakdown is, it's still a breakdown so its boring..Melodic sections suck too..Is it just me or is every band now putting in melodic sleep aid sections in their music?

Not bad..but still a bit much djenty chugging for me and the melodic soaring guitar in the background gets on my nerves but I loved the cleans

I've never listened to them. You shoulld check out The Contortionist. They were on tour with TRC for awhile. Still a little djenty(man I hate that word) but they bring much more to the table

Not too big on The Contortionist..What I've listened to didn't suck but it's not my thing, however I do like Fall Of Archaea and Beheading Of A King. If you haven't listened to them check them out
