@Wiz

I know, I was just showing my love for Stones Reach, man. You're always cool in my books and I know the same applies the other way around as well : ).

Anyone really dig By Moon and Star at 3:40? Highlight of the album for me. That growl followed by that riff.. so good.

I appreciate it bro : ). No one will keep nu-metal alive like we do!!!!

In all fairness though, I will relisten to this today. I was in a grump mood last night when I was playing this and wasn't exactly in the mood for melo-death.

Nonpoint is coming out with a new album this year. I imagine you know what to expect haha.

And yeah, I mean, I can't see you loving this album, but I'm sure you'd find it to be better than a 1.5 after a second listen.

Where was your support in 2010 and 2012 when I was the sole defender of the new Korn albums huh

"And Oathbreaker, you're fucking dumb for calling any of their songs brilliant. I would consider this gateway melo-death, but I'm
sure you're well versed in this genre."
I'm not because melodeath is a boring, shitty genre. Bar the odd insomnium album (actually, only one insomnium album) there really is nothing worthy of repeated listens.

And yea, I've heard more than in flames, I've heard many of the melodeath bands people here (and elsewhere) wank over, none of them are anything more than mediocre.

I think that this band could really set themselves apart from other melodic death metal bands by grabbing a DJ and maybe screaming "knocked straight the fuck out" every once in awhile.

Would def. 5/5 such a release

This and the rest of their discography are horribly simplistic and bland. I don't see how predictable song writing can propel these guys to be popular around here. Oh well, minority again I guess. Good review as always Kyle, I just don't agree with one thing.

we finally agree on something. :]
