Writing tip: when you use too many commas, it seems like you are an inexperienced writer. Writing like you speak is fine as long as it's cleaned up a bit.
But god damn are these comments making me skeptical about this album. Almost reminiscent of the review by Jacob Royal on The Contortionist's 'Intrinsic' ( http://www.sputnikmusic.com/review/50945/The-Contortionist-Intrinsic/ ) : an album trying very hard to sound important, which may take them more towards the 'core' genres, perhaps.

"Perhaps it’s the placement of the two most momentary tracks near the end of the album, the band could have benefited from swapping them with the song trilogy at the start, which would have made more sense as ‘Hail Science’ would have been slightly more acceptable as an introductory track and ‘Autotheist Movement’ would have been a perfect close to the album, spacing out Keene’s plentiful vocals more as to not make them as overwhelming."

i was liking the guitars a lot. i really enjoy them. but keene's clean kill it for me a lot of the time. and evan brewer is a bass god but you hardly ever really hear it on the album. i haven't been this on the fence about an album in a long, long time. will eventually probably be a 3 or 3.5 for me though

Fans of the first two albums may be put off at first by stronger progressive elements to Autotheism, and it’s undoubtedly a risk for any band to take a step into the great musical unknown, but taking this chance has paid enormous dividends for The Faceless on Autotheism. The equal amount of cleans and growls is just one example of how The Faceless’ third release is by far their most progressive to date, with elements of prog legends Opeth, Devin Townsend and Cynic all hugely apparent, especially on the absolutely phenomenal album opening “Autotheist Movement” suite. The near 18 minute, three track piece is a stunning voyage across numerous moods and sounds – from a whirlwind assault of blasts, swept-picked guitars and Ficco’s bellows, to textural synths, tasteful leads and Keene’s strong singing – third part “Deconsecrate” turns up the avant-garde factor. It’s not only the band’s best record and a strong forerunner for the album of the year, but also possibly a release that will be looked back on by generations of metal and progressive fans for years to come as something truly special.
