Meh, they've grown off me a lot in the last year or so. Their first album will always be a great jam and has a kinda enduring rawness to it, but while both this and Manipulator have their share of solid moments they both have this annoying fixation of polish and stylistic versatility that the band never really proved themselves capable of. Discovering Ling Tosite Sigure did not exactly help their cause hehe, let me know when you hear them

Throwback to 4/20 one of the years in undergrad when our neighbors blasted the living shit out of this from start to finish and nobody complained.

2015, didn’t think I was gonna be able to see them since it was just a few west coast shows. But I ended up traveling for work and going to San Fran when they were playing. Just really lucky timing lol.

Every video I've seen of them live has been extremely bad.

Definitely wouldn’t put them up with my favorite shows I’ve been to, but Thomas played with good energy and they sounded pretty solid. Was a fun show and kylesa was pretty cool with the 2 drummers.
Just helps being there in person. I’m sure if I watched a vid of the show I was at, I wouldn’t be too impressed.

He's just usually incredibly sloppy and careless with the vox.
