raised the avg to 3.7 m/ Gotta say I like this more than the s/t due to the more varied tracklist and the imho stronger hooks. Really enjoying t/t, seventeen and the worst part of me lately

Just skimmed over that one, sounds a bit too pop punk for me (I really don't like pop punk) but in this one it feels mooooore... dilluded? Plus this one sounds better to me... idk

It's true EotW is more pop punk than this one (which might be why it's my fave Four Year Strong), but, hey, to each his own

yeah even tho I gave their s/t a 4.5 when it came out I like brain pain just a tad bit better overall, just because it flows better and the second half is way more memorable than the second half from s/t.

I think this is my favorite from them since EOTW --> give it a chance dewinged, it's also their heaviest

the variation and quality is definitely more constant on this than on s/t. Overall FYS is one of my favorite pop punk ez, whatevercoreband, RODT and EOTW being their peak.

I think, historically, this album will be able to stand with RODT and EOTW.

also The Worst Part of Me might be my favorite FYS song ever. I have a problem

^ Definitely. For me, the chorus of "Usefully Useless" won't leave my damn head. Lyrically one of the strongest tracks they've made too.

good album (about on par with their last) but it was a bit of a slog to get through in one go, felt like an hour rather than 40 minutes. i think it might be a case of my tastes changing and this band no longer holding my attention as much as they once could, which is a shame but it happens.
