I still can't help but feel that Eros would have been their best. Smile is probably my favorite deftones song and it's not even mastered, Dallas is amazing and it's not even complete.
But I guess by now they would've released more of it if they were ever going to

Can anyone who knows something about music mastering somehow polish the smile track they released? The production is pretty rusty and it's too quiet.
I really hope they properly release what exists of Eros as a swansong when they decide to pack it up

I honestly don't think Eros will ever see the light of day. A lot of those songs are demos or unfinished, and there's no way in hell they would ever re-record that stuff without Chi. I think it's over bros
