it depends for me, NOLA is their masterpiece for sure but DOWN II is solid, its good when you feel like shit and need something to listen to to aid your mental instability and alcoholic recovery

its a great reliever album, its nothing like NOLA and thats why I think its underrated, because people wanted it to be NOLA II, its not, its DOWN II. its a great listen from beginning to end. idk it has this vibe to it thats pretty rare and III was a sort of letdown, but II is something special thats for sure. its amazing
