If this isn't hip hop then what is it KINGSOBY? On another note, at least these guys have good taste, Nevermind, The Chronic, Rage Self Titled, and 36 Chambers as their favorite records. Myspace is once again whoring the hell out of these guys and this album hasn't left my car yet.

I don't think I can tolerate these guys since I can't stand hip hop.
In other news...if you live in Florida then you better run or else you're going to drown from category 4 Hurricane Ike.

It's some kind of rap/nu-metal machination.

It does but I like it. I think guilty pleasure is an appropriate response for the lack of substance this album has. Just a fun album for casual listening. City, This Love This Hate, and Young are pretty ace.

Funnier than fuck ask Bob Saget. Great stuff. It's just a shame they didn't put on Circles and The Loss. Young is my jam.

I only like Undead because it sounds pissed. I'm not a big rap kid so this is about as far as I'll go (granted I listen to this cnadian dude named Shad)

I love you DFelon204409, haha but this album is pretty terrible. And you people who classify this as hip-hop need to get educated.
|
| |
how is it not hip hop?
That said, I agree with you on the fact that this is awful. This Message Edited On 10.25.08

What would you classify it as?

Didn't notice that was his first post. He's probably one of those 1 post users and never uses sputnik again. This Message Edited On 10.25.08

hmm, well I separate hip hop from rap (and all of it's derivatives). Hip hop is deeper than money
cars drugs and girls. This is just my opinion. Hate me all you want. If you want to listen to
what I think classifies as hip hop check out Soillaquists of Sound, Danny! (Danny Swain), or MF
Doom. I can't put them in the same class as Hollywood Undead. This band is like six Fred Dursts,
it's something totally uncalled for.

Then why would consider Nas and Mobb Deep hip hop when they, in the amazing way they did, write about money, cars, and whatever. Rap is just a name given to demean southern hip hop by Old School hip hop heads.
