i think most get away scotfree with 'these are not hosted on this blog's servers, delete within 24 hours when you download, and support the band ya dumb fucks'
i also think listing the download thing as 'try' and then an amazon link as 'buy' is a good bet
i'm pretty sure if they do get an angry email they just take it down and say 'hit me up if u want this' or something
