That's true, but you can't have that DLC at the end because of the game's ending. Also in our real timeline, this is it for the Mass Effect trilogy so it is kind of a fan-appeasing sendoff for everyone. I'm sure they know that the only people that are going to download it are people that have beat the game multiple times and are invested in the characters, so it's really a sendoff for them.

I've only watched the youtube vids so I guess I'm missing something.
I would love to dl it but don't have Live. I've really loved the other characters happenings though, Thanes memorial was incredible, Garrus picking up women/Jokers story for free drinks/Blasto/Grunts shenanigans were all hilarious. Its great that Bioware has given us one last goodbye. Really feels like saying goodbye to friends.

it adds a new area of the Citadel and a new story line with new heaps on new cinematics and such. Its more of a 'saying goodbye dlc' more than anything though. It does nothing to the ending.
