I wouldn't say it was much like Shadows at all though. Closest I can think is Svidd Neger really, but it's Ulver. No albums really sounds *that* similar to each other

Got this bad boy on colored silver/black vinyl with the cd, poster, tshirt, signed card by the band, and a 30 page art book. Owns so much. Love this album.

Yeah you really should. I personally prefer their experimental/electronic-based albums more than their earlier stuff.
