in that this alex guy seems like he's really good at
(1) crafting interesting songs where their structure differs lots
(2) shifting styles a lot but all sounding distinctly "Alex G" at the same time
minus all the ~importance~ and the ~implications~ and ~seriousness~ of Holy Sons
