Album artwork is a bit plain but it fits the album really well
I guess it just looks a lot like my parent's old house's backyard

In fact Everything's a System reminds me a bit compositionally of some of my own songs. So yeah this is so up my alley.

First spin and nice album, so far.
"Openside" reminds me so much of "Run To You"

Been seeing some comparisons floating around to Elliott Smith. I totally made that connection before anyone else.
Granted this is if he made a darker, more introverted piece.

What do you think about it? I listened to it twice while working today. I didn't think it was anything amazing but I thought it was enjoyable. I was also not paying too much attention since I was working.

It reminds me of this album a bit - it's slightly more accessible and experimental, but at the cost of the dense, dark atmosphere that makes Hollow Ponds such a moody and engrossing experience.
I'm enjoying it though so we'll see.
