just feel like there's a bit of an oversaturation of these sadgirl acoustic indie folk artists as of late, and this album is no different and didn't hit me as hard as others. sorry to disappoint tho D:

The whole vibe of this album reminds me of what I'm going through with my ex right now.

So much love still exists there and when we talk there's this deep sadness that permeates everything because we can't let go and don't want to.

So maybe it's just personal, but there's an eerie beauty to this album that doesn't quite exist in other indie folk stuff, also the country influence makes it stand out a bit too

There are still parts of it I'm coming around to, but the title track on that Florist is niiiice
