Many Eyes isn't bad but this band just has so much more energy and replay value imo

Am I the only one that likes white horse?

Naw "White Horse..." is incredible. The highlights on the album for me are:
"White Horse"
"Future Myopia"
"Love as an Act of Rebellion"
But honestly the album is so good.

This is good, but idk I just don’t like it that much.

This album is definitely growing on me. These songs are packed with ETID riffs and DEP nuances.

Great album. There aren't a ton of surprises on here and it's not super different than anything from the EP, but it's done damn good.

Album is gud, still think Greg is not a very good clean singer. Love the heavier cuts tho

Ok At All Times has a cool chorus

"still think Greg is not a very good clean singer."
Not heard it yet, but this is an odd take. Often poor lyricist, sure... but he SINGS amazingly.

Not saying he's bad, I usually just don't like his takes on clean choruses (his collab with Carpenter Brut excepted)

I think this has Puciato’s weakest clean vocals since Miss Machine. Generally, his hooks are immediate but I don’t think I remember a single vocal melody from this album.

puciato is a good clean singer (his solo material is majority clean singing) but he makes a lot of poor choices on this album imo

I'm not sure I understand this review's singling out of the drummer as the weak link?

He's trying some Patton-esq dissonance stuff with his voice which I don't hate. I will say that these are some of his weakest lyrics. I don't know if he saw this as more of a fun side project and just spat some things but they're a bit repetitive in places.

Yeah Greg rules but I wish there was a soaring chorus on here like Sacrificial

[2] I think it was my most listened to track last year. That tapping riff along with Greg’s cleans are just unreal

His cleans are literally what makes this mostly bland to me. His screaming is amazing and the dudes write great music as per usual

The only kind of bland hook on this entire thing is White Horse. The rest of the song rips, I just feel the chorus is repetitive af. Other than that his vocals across the board are pretty stellar.
