Been putting this band off for way too long. Time to dig in to the first two Lps! Man, just realized that the vocalist died. That's terrible... I don't know what I would do if I was in the band's shoes. That would wreck me honestly.

I quite admire how all of this band's albums totally rule but each has a very different vibe from the others - this is probably my favorite these days though.

This album feels so goddamn cohesive, like it’s one song. Without feeling disjointed. Not easy to do. Makes me think of NIN Downward Spiral and how cohesive that album is.

It’s close, but so far I prefer Harmlessness overall (haven’t listened to albums 3 and 4 yet). Getting Sodas might their best song that I’ve heard though. Phenomenal. Mount Hum and I Can Be Afraid of Anything are incredible too. This band really shines with a longer song format to play around with.
