wait why is there not a Sowing review?

album rules, second only to Southern Air in their discog. Cut out Light Up the Sky, Afraid and Dear Bobbie and it might be close to a 5.

We needed a whole album of The Takedown.

Nah, we just needed an album exactly like this. One of the absolute best albums in the genre for me.

This album holds a special place to me. Was released on my birthday during my first year at college. Still not as good as their post-hiatus stuff, or OA, and the production is very LOUD, but otherwise an excellent release. The Takedown and title track are severely underrated.

Probably tied with WYTTSY and the self-titled for me, which puts it anywhere from my 3rd to 5th favorite. Southern Air and Ocean Ave are easily 1 and 2.

I wouldn't say The Takedown was underrated. That seems to be one of the most popular tracks, at least on here anyway. "Date Line" is this record's real underappreciated gem. "Shrink the World" too.

SA > OA > this > WYTTSY > S/T would be my top 5.
