Yeah I think I should. I'm expecting this to be at least a 4 after listening to a few of the songs.

I was definitely planning on doing that. Probably later on today or tomorrow. Only listened to this twice and its already some of the best melo-death I've heard. I'm no expert on melo-death though. This Message Edited On 05.04.09

Listening to this again right now. Some of the songs do feel a little bit samey, but overall this still fucking slays.

Pretty intense stuff... unfortunately, for exactly the reasons you mentioned Crysis, this isn't much higher than a 3.5. If I was comparing it solely to most other American metal, it'd be higher maybe.

Yeah, alot of people would probably disagree, but I find this to be pretty much flawless.

And to think I thought the stocks of quality modern melodic death metal had run dry.... Review is great.

Solid review, though I think this album is highly underrated. I love the title track and "Echos". Great band.

Why does almost every album review say "they simply don't offer anything new to the genre" or "Nothing New Is Brought To The Table" ?

Did they steal music? I'm confused.

Also, great album.

I've been in a pretty big melo-death mood today so I'm giving this a listen again right now. Still one of my favorite melo-death albums.
