The whole thing is good, but out of the classic 6, this is easily the weakest.



t/t is awesome [2] but "Tell All the People" is my favorite on here. :P The Doors always provide a great opener.



Now that I think about it, 3/6 of the openers are my favorites from their albums respectively...

"Tell All the People" is a great song indeed. They also have incredible closers; The End, When The Music's Over, Riders On The Storm, etc.

My second favorite Doors, behind Waiting, however the lowest rated Doors album, the horns give such a cool little extra, this was bashed upon release due to only having one hit, how dare they.

This album is bashed for no reason at all. Yes, it has a pop vibe and the approach to the songwriting is definitely more mainstream, but the atmosphere is 100% Doors. Plus, the closing track is a little masterpiece. Psychedelia defined.

The End, When The Music's Over, Five To One, The Soft Parade, Maggie Mcgill and Rides On The Storm.. Those are all collectively my favorite Doors songs. Always thought this LP was a little underappreciated some great tunes on here may have to bump it.
