My favourite track is behind the mountains, it really encompasses everything great about this album. it has bits and pieces of everything they have to offer.

bloody solid album all around. jammed it like 4-5 times now and I keep wanting to come back to it between listening to other new stuff.

The drumming is so tight on this album. "Awakening," in particular, has some bitchin' blast beats.

You mean The Ascend? And yes, I agree! >Five minutes of blasts and it never gets boring.

Rejamming this and it's still great, might have to bump my rating. Probably tied with Thantifaxath - Sacred White Noise for best BM of the year

I still prefer Thantifaxath over this, but this isn't far behind. definitely one of the more solid releases in metal this year.

I'm with Zaruyache, Thantifaxath is good but this album is just so massive in size and scope. Keep coming back to this one, time after time

Unf those diminished chords in Antarctica. This is a perfect step up from their debut.

Is their debut worth hearing? I'd imagine it's pretty hard to track down

nop is on bandcamp. It's not amazing as this, not as fast, but it's definitely atmospheric and melodic. I liked it.

TGOO has made their stuff easy to find, both digital and physical. I got the double-LP of this one and the art and packaging is absolutely gorgeous. Debut is solid and worth a listen. Check my review if you'd like some in-depth thoughts on it.

I love the art. I wish there was a t-shirt of it. I'd have shelled out that cash to get that thing shipped to me by now ;_; Still have to get around to buying the CD.
