nah it was a 3.5 at first and it really really grew on me up to a 4.3ish but now it's kinda dropped back down a bit. especially after relistening to Channel Orange and realizing that cO is still better

idk if i feel the same way, cO is more immediate but there are also tracks i don't really care for much, whereas this takes a few listens to fully appreciate but for me its more nuanced and probably has more replay value

My ratings are an extrapolation of vague tendencies towards various albums. Vulnicura's extrapolation is starting to age, but for now it will remain.

I suspect that your labelling of Brand New with a 5 is less reasoned and far more to do with genuine love for awful music.
