I definitely prefer the jazzier Bonobo and this was pretty disappointing at first, for Bonobo at least. I was excited for the Rhye collab as well, but it doesn't work at all imo. The whole first half of the record is meh.
That being said it has grown on me a quite a bit and the second half is still pretty damn great.
