Still, with all this shit going on, I'm kind of rooting for him. Too bad he's not William Hung levels of bad at making music to the point of being entertaining.

Huh, so after listening to some live footage, this guy sounds A LOT like a girl. Or like one of those mid 2000's post hardcore/metalcore bands like with the whiny vocals.

Some of the guitar playing is decent though. This really got him a lot of attention. What if that was his plan all along? Some people have claimed it's embarrassing but what if he never cared and only did it for the attention? Looks like he's won so far.

Because even if a lot of people hate him, there will be some who hear the music and like it and become fans.

The worst thing about this though is this might end up being a new thing bands start doing. Which is lame.

Nah he sounds like a guy, his vocals work in some songs but DEFINITELY not on the softer songs. Even Brent Smith's vocals on the Simple Man cover from the first Shinedown album kind of rub me the wrong way.

Eons, it will never become the norm, it's far too expensive.

He should have spent this money on better production. I mean if he had any integrity, that is. Since he doesn't, this is probably his best route to fame.
