about 50% of this = Thief minus 50% of that track's excitement, so get it at half price. doubt there was any direct influence however

was recently reading this thing about how a lot of british people genuinely think american chocolate tastes like vomit. Like they literally can’t eat it and are repulsed by it. I think I talked to some sput users about it too. Here in Canada we get plenty of both american and british chocolate, and I think I figured it out. british chocolate is immediately sweet the moment you taste it. american chocolate sometimes has a hint of bitterness to it before the sweetness kicks in. and so basically british people can’t stomach even the tiniest bit of bitterness and liken it to their perceived notion of what vomit would taste like because they’re pussies. They also keep making these really weird post punk albums with dramatic spoken word vocals

p much everyone i know in the UK who eats chocolate other than kitkats is into dark stuff (preferably from continental brands) and i do not understand this comment in the slightest unless you are literally talking about supermarket kids brands and cadbury, which would not surprise me in the slightest

I need to check this again so I can join in, I don’t know what’s going on here.
That would mean not listening to Sweet Trip instead though, consciously making such a decision is like punching myself in the face, probably.

Johnny why did you rate it 2.8 in your review but give it 0.5 in your personal ranking?
