I have yet to hear the single or see the video, and to be honest I don't know what to expect. This arena rock thing has boggled my mind.

I'm quite suprised with this album. I think i'll give it a 4.

Well, I heard Welcome to The Black Parade just this morning on m wa to school and I didn't thought that it was My Chemical Romance. I hate to admit it, but I like it. By the way, nice review

The single is really bad IMO, but maybe I should check out this cd anyway. The singles off Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge were also bland and unspectacular.This Message Edited On 10.27.06

Ugh...I just heard 'Dead!'...and it's abysmal. Sorry folks, so far, this trip is a horrid one and I've only been through two songs (that short intro 'The End' and 'Dead!').

Honestly, the only song on here I can stand, and even like a bit, is 'Welcome to the Black Parade'. The rest, to me, seem like constant re-hashed songs that all make me want to throw myself in front of a train.This Message Edited On 10.29.06

If you would have told me a few months back that I would be the least bit interested in a MCR record, I would have laughed. I hated this band with a passion, but it was for all the wrong reasons. Since then I have gone through changes that have made me appreciate music in different ways. Anyways, I heard the first single and I was immediately drawn in, plus I'm a sucker for concept albums, so I had to check it out. I'm streaming it as we speak and I am very impressed.
