I wish Damage Done had the same audio engineering team as this album. Damage Done is definitely the superior album with better songs but I much prefer the sound of this album.

The guitar tone on Damage Done is amazing but yeah the production is a bit muddy. This album has excellent production

no idea if this is a hot take or not but The Same has always been a huge highlight on this. The emotion just feels heightened on that one

Yeah, The Same is one of my favorites on this for sure. The chorus feels like it comes from a 90's understanding of the far future.

"The Same" is a banger agreed, that track is overlooked big time. "Fabric" is also such an interesting song in so many ways, it's one of the most unique tracks they have ever done i.e. the bass and dat interlude but the flow of it is marvelous. Stanne's vocals are so in tune with the instruments on that song.

The Same and the closer, At Loss for Words, are my two favorite tracks on here. I used to spin this album so much, need to revisit it for sure.

I think The Same and Fabric were the first 2 songs I ever heard from this band so they hold a special place. The whole album is really strong and plucks on the heartstrings
