Somewhere between a 3 and 3.5. I had it at a 2 before.

This is such a natural followup to Godless but with shorter, more streamlined songs. I actually like this one better overall. Used to jam this everyday on the way to physiotherapy.

I'm a real physiotherapist and don't recommend that at all

Returned to this bands discography and I think this is one of their best albums. It just got overshadowed by TGE and ended up feeling like B sides, but it is really quality as its own album. Brings that same super heavy sound from TGE but injects more of the Enemies of Reality vibe with songs built more around the vocals.
I will say though, the lyrics are pretty vague/nonsensical and the cover art is really bad, looking extremely similar to TGE, but as far as I know this has never been confirmed as a sequel. The lyrics in TGE are pretty awesome, but this one doesn't seem to have any running narrative.
In any case, definitely an album worth revisiting. The early records are great, but I prefer their 7 string material, the extra low string with Warrel's vocals is just such an amazing combination. Loomis really evolved into a world class player when he picked up the 7 string.

Listening to this after some time and it's sounding pretty good now. I'd say it's better than Enemies Of Reality
