I really enjoy practicing zen buddhism as often as I can, using minute to minute meditations whatever I'm doing, just sinking into the moment. So sinking into this album was like a journey home. Its songwriting and story telling is very well informed and draws many parallels with many other cultures, not only Tibetan.
Its awesome meditation metal is what I'm getting at.
