Actually it's 'ultraviolenT' not ultraviolence. Usually after some of the old Moloko plus (Milk with knives in it). If you do read the book, try and read the English edition which includes the last chapter (unlike Kubrick who had only read the US edition with a quite different ending. That said A Clockwork Orange (the film) is a fucking masterpiece, probably my favourite film, even during all the years when it was banned I managed to get a grainy European copy on VHS although I saw it on cinema release prior to Kubrick banning it himself.
Straying off the point here, I agree totally with this review; the album is truly dreadful and why Lana doesn't release the Lizzy Grant stuff I'll never know; probably not allowed to by her label. That stuff is a zillion times better than this dross!
Lifeless, boring and frankly embarrassing! I say that having seen Lana live in the UK just after Video Games in Manchester and Birmingham and met her after the show, she seemed very sweet and unassuming. Hope she doesn't read this, Always love the early stuff Lana!

yeah, this is just lazy misappropriation of a not-convincing-at-all aesthetic

"Power Money Glory" is such an amazing track. Dat guitar solo slays fairly hard too.

This album sounds like a really long intro to a James Bond movie half the time and the other half is just zero-creativity moody songwriting
