Musically, I think this is unquestionably better than Hospice. But it will never mean as much to people as Hospice does, which ultimately makes Burst Apart a lesser album. It's definitely not a step backwards though, maybe a step to the side or in a different direction, and I think they're poised to make a giant step forward with their next album.

Yeah. For ages 'Rolled Together' was my favorite. Then that changed to 'French Exit' and so forth.
