Have yet to hear the other two songs but I'm hyped as fuck to give this a listen. Blackstar was my AOTY and No Plan is a fantastic track.

will give a bit of details on it

lots of footage never seen, such as Lady Stardust at the Rainbow 72, footage from an unrealized Diamond Dogs movie, and a good amount of footage from the Diamond Dogs tour (excluding the L.A. performances seen in the Cracked Actor doc)

cool little writeup, will check this for sure.

Let's hope Bowie doesn't join the great artists that get exploited for $$$ after their death.

he took great countermeasures to ensure that doesn't happen. although anything that comes out (For the most part) in the next five years was all planned or was in the works. For example, the ongoing series of anthology box sets (that contain new/recent remasters of his albums along with live stuff and new outtakes/rarities) were planned ahead of time. Since two have been done already, the next one (most likely covering the Berlin-era and possibly Scary Monsters) will be done this year if we're going by the once-a-year pattern. However, stuff like "Legacy" that are blatant repackagings of prior works (in this case, Nothing Has Changed) were probably not what Bowie wanted to come out, but were authorized.

tl;dr this dude ain't Prince, he knew what he was doing so dw (also he had time to prepare, unlike Prince)

Most of The Last Five Years is on youtube. It's missing 13 minutes, apparently just some music that had to be removed for copyright reasons, but that seems to be it according to the person who uploaded it.

Glad to hear that. (I was not saying that this EP is some part of a exploit-scheme btw.)

'dire Blackstar'

Don't think you meant the word 'dire' :/

EDIT: It can be used to signify grim and urgent but 90% of popular usage is taking it as meaning terrible so I'd just steer clear of it in this instance.
