tbf Sach is p disenchanted with music these days. he isn't necessarily more ~real~ than ppl who dish out 5s left and right. just happens to be on the other side of the coin in terms of the satisfaction he gets from music in general

wasn't saying they were similar sonically or in level of emotion or anything like that. if you consider the sentences before/after that sentence, what i'm trying to say is that i don't think it'll be an album that hundred of likeminded listeners will bond over in a similar sense

I've noticed a lot of these tracks kind of end abruptly. Wonder if it's an allegory for death

muh actually full of himself and disrespectful enough to give a 1 to an album whose artist wrote based around the death of his wife which isn't inherently bad by itself but then actively flames the artist because he has nothing better to criticize

also muh edgy contrarian

"i don't think outside of a very small niche that will end up happening."

well then i guess we agree (?) but it's not like my initial doubts are set in stone. i wouldn't have predicted elliott's fame prior to his oscar nod.

"yeah nah, that's what i mean"

tbh that's not really what you said.

dear dreamgazing,

yain't even know disrespect
ion't give a fuck that this cunt's wife died
he didn't have to write an album about it
he didn't have to pretend nor expect me to care
he didn't have to use it as a crutch to prop his otherwise bland//boring af """psych""" folk
suck my dick

I think you're kind of missing the point of music
