also you could get really #deep and say that he did it on purpose as a representation of him "dropping" his former ego of the scum fuck and coming out as the flower boy. this could be interpreted both musically and within his life

i like Cherry Bomb but I seem to be the only one who does. Wolf seemed to generally be every Tyler's fans favorite album of his, at least until this dropped. It's grown on me a lot but I still think it has a lot of weak tracks. And Tamale is fucking unlistenable.

Great review btw Con, per usual. I think Yonkers hit big summer before freshmen year of hs for me. Also, I like to think when he mentions "track seven" he's making a double-entendre, referencing both Garden Shed as well as calling back to his song Seven where he's in fuck-everyone mode

kinda how a lot of his "day-one" fans would want to hear more stuff like Seven, and him being nervous before releasing Flower Boy that those fans looking for that style will be disappointed/feel cheated etc.
