It's interesting getting the spectrum of opinions on this album...someone downvoted my review but I feel that's probably down to how divisive Post's music is (evidenced here)
But idk, this is almost a 3.5 for me but those few awful songs here mean I can't justify the bump. I feel if you condensed this into like a 13 song project it would have been so much stronger but y'know, gotta get that streaming $$

The thing I really enjoy about Post is he's in a genre that is over saturated as hell and not much of it I like, mainly due do repetitive, uninteresting songs from artists with annoying voices (Kodak, Xan, Yachty, etc) but Post sounds really solid over these chill instrumentals and he definitely has an ear for a catchy melody

Spoil My Night is easily the worst song. Not a huge fan of Candy Paint either, but the rest of the album rules.

I actually quite like Spoil My Night, but the lyrics are just god awful.
Same with Zack and Codeine - the lyrics are grating as hell but the dreamy atmosphere grew on me REAL fast post-release
He 100% can write a great hook though, that might be one of his greatest strengths as an artist
