I think this reveals itself a lot with repeat listens. One of the tightest, most well-structured albums I've ever listened to, despite sounding so frantic and sprawling. Kinda like a very fine-tuned novella.

Love Mitski. This is a great record, if only a bit less memorable than Puberty 2.
