My bad. I fully agree that the title track is just kind of a....that's it....? ending to what was the completion of the Coheed and Cambria story itself.

My friend also somewhat ruined World of Lines for me by saying the beginning of the chorus sounds like the "VIIIIIIIIVVVVVAAAAAA VIAGRA!" jingle and it's all I've been able to hear since the album came out.

All On Fire, title track, and Dark Sentencer have been the only ones I've really vibed with so far. The rest is just okay, I'm hoping to get more into it.

CALL YOUR MOTHER

Am I the only one getting huge Bohemian Rhapsody vibes from The Gutter?

I got some Freddie Mercury vibes from the vocals, definitely not quite as epic

You are in for a wild ride if you decide to do a discog dive.

Luckily this isn't a bad place to start as it's a standalone story within the Amory Wars universe. Otherwise the lyrics might not make sense on another album.

this was also my first coheed album aside from in keeping secrets... which i thought was alright and definitely needs another listen. good apollo...volume I is next for sure.

"it's a riot, this is so fun" is my exact thoughts on this album. the title track and "it walks among us" are my favorites with "queen of the dark" and "the gutter" not trailing too far behind.

i'm excited for the deluxe illustrated booklet to be inevitably scanned in the next month or two so the narrative's flow with the album's tracklist will (hopefully) make more sense.

Albums a little long and can get a little repetitive, BUT it is pretty good. Dark Sentencer is the best track by far
